Job DetailsJob Location: A360 Dallas Fort Worth - Fort Worth, TX 76155Position Type: Full TimeJOB SUMMARY The Welder is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components used in security alarm installations and protective enclosures. This role ensures the durability, precision, and quality of welded structures that support security systems, working closely with engineering and installation teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Set up welding equipment and select proper materials based on specifications · Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on steel, aluminum, or other metals · Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders · Inspect welds for accuracy and integrity using visual and testing methods · Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe working conditions · Follow company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines · Document work performed and report deviations or material issues · Collaborate with fabrication, engineering, or field teams as needed QualificationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS · High school diploma or GED required · Certification from a recognized welding program or technical school preferred · 1–3 years of welding experience in a production or field setting · Familiarity with a range of welding techniques and materials · Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications · Basic math and measuring skills REQUIRED SKILLS · Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail · Physical dexterity and endurance for demanding tasks · Ability to troubleshoot and adapt techniques as needed · Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious work ethic · Clear communication and teamwork abilities
