Job Summary: We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for safely operating industrial forklifts and other powered equipment to move, organize, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility. The Forklift Operator plays a key role in supporting production, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. Primary job responsibilities include: Safely operate sit-down forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. Move, stage, load, unload, stack, and transport materials throughout the facility. Accurately handle materials while following load capacity and safety guidelines. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and logistics teams. Communicate material shortages, damaged products, or safety concerns to supervisors. Perform other warehouse and material handling duties as assigned. QualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Familiarity with warehouse practices and equipment. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and process skills. Commitment to accomplishing work both accurately and efficiently. Ability to work independently. Minimum Required Qualifications: High School education or equivalent Valid forklift certification or license Proven experience as a forklift operator (1+ years preferred). Physical Demands: Almost continual sitting Occasional kneeling, bending Considerable manual dexterity with hands Considerable amount of lifting and moving parts Working Conditions: Almost continual work in a non-climate-controlled production environment, with seasonal temperature extremes hot or cold. Considerable exposure to noise levels conducive to a manufacturing department or heavy equipment. Occasional to frequent overtime.
