Veterans Engineering is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be focused on providing exceptional dental hygiene services that prioritize patient care and education. In this role, you will perform thorough dental cleanings, take and develop radiographs, assess patients’ oral health, and provide valuable guidance on oral hygiene practices. You will play a crucial role in promoting good dental health practices and making patients feel comfortable during their visits. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal assessments.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) to support diagnosis and treatment.
  • Educate patients on oral health care practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
  • Assist in the application of preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments performed.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean environment.
  • Licensed Dental Hygienist in accordance with applicable state laws.
  • Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, terminology, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient education.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a dental hygienist preferred.

Travel Requirements

Some travel may be required for training purposes or to support various project locations.
