Starting Pay $13.50 - $15.50 + Tips (DOE) QualificationsSYNOPSIS OF DUTIES The Bartender is responsible for receiving drink orders from patrons or mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of the lounge, gaming floor, Feast of the Rock, and Hunter’s Club. Knowledgeable of bar set up and closing which includes bars for banquets. Must know how to take orders, enter them into micros, collect money from guests for drinks served and making changes.  Responsible for stocking supplies, maintaining a clean environment, and always displaying teamwork. The Bartender will be RBS certified and practice this knowledge daily. The Bartender is responsible for all monies collected, waste tickets, comp tickets and charging tickets needed for their drop procedure at the end of the shift. The Bartender may be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training purposes. Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately. Other duties as assigned. PREREQUISITES General: Must be age 21 or older.  Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming License. Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required.  Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace.  Experience: Must have basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquors and be familiar with standard drink recipes.  Must possess basic arithmetic skills and can handle money and computerized cash register. Physical: Must have the ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four hours in length.  Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 40 pounds.
