Starting Pay $17.25-$19.67 (DOE) QualificationsSYNOPSIS OF DUTIES Greet customers as they enter the restaurant Take reservations or put customers on a waiting list Give customers menus and show them to their seats Handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu Assist various restaurant staff when necessary Maintain a waitlist of patrons during busy meal service Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Manage the reservation book Offer menus and drinks to guests once they sit down Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow Perform opening and closing duties, as needed. Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately. Other duties as assigned.   PREREQUISITES General:         Must be age 18 or older.  Must qualify for a Tribal Non Gaming license. Education:     Education and/or training in hospitality experience preferred.  Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Experience:   Previous work experience as a host/hostess or waiter/waitress preferred. Physical:        Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, grasping, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination.
