Education Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association approved physical therapist associate degree program

Under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, provides Physical Therapy services following the established practice guidelines, including treatment, education, documentation, and consultation services to improve clients' abilities to their highest feasible level.

This PTA will carry out plans for patients in outpatient, inpatient, nursing home & health home settings.

This is a full time position (40hrs/week). Monday - Friday 7 - 3:30p or 8 - 4:30pm. Holiday rotation required.

  • Licensed in the state which services are performed.
