What You'll Do

As a Sanitation Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and food-safe manufacturing environment while supporting operational excellence and audit readiness throughout the facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Following all food safety, sanitation, GMP, OSHA, HACCP, FSMA, and company safety guidelines while maintaining an audit-ready facility.
• Cleaning designated production and non-production areas, including break rooms, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Removing flour accumulation through blow-down and vacuuming procedures and emptying trash and recycling containers.
• Safely operating sanitation and material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and straight trucks.
• Supporting additional sanitation and facility housekeeping responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and complete required documentation and checklists.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions, including dust, temperature fluctuations, heights, and exposure to wheat allergens.
