About the Role:

Buckeye West LLC is looking for a passionate and personable Golf Shop Assistant to join their team in beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ! Responsibilities:

Greet and assist golfers with merchandise selection, equipment, and golf shop inquiries
Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the point of sale
Maintain golf shop appearance, including merchandising, stocking, and inventory organization
Manage tee time reservations and assist with scheduling for golfers
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
Support golf operations staff with daily course and pro shop needs
Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise shipments

Requirements:

Previous retail, customer service, or golf industry experience preferred
Genuine passion for golf and knowledge of the game
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as needed
Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
