About the Role

As a Caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors and individuals who need additional support in their homes. Every client is different, which means every day brings an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

You’ll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life while building genuine relationships along the way.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
Providing medication reminders
Assisting with walking, transfers, and mobility
Performing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
Assisting with errands, appointments, and community outings
Providing transportation when applicable
Supporting clients with activities of daily living
Following each client's individualized care plan
Communicating important changes or concerns to the office
Providing care with patience, dignity, and respect

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for caregivers who are:

Reliable and punctual
Compassionate and patient
Professional and respectful
Comfortable communicating with clients, families, and management
Able to follow care plans and instructions
Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
Physically capable of safely performing caregiver duties
Committed to providing quality care—not just completing a shift

Qualifications & Requirements

One of the following is preferred/required:

CNA or HHA certification preferred, OR
At least 1,000 hours of caregiving experience, including approximately 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses

Exceptions may be considered for:

Newly licensed CNAs, HHAs, or PCAs
Individuals with significant family caregiving experience
Applicants providing companionship and housekeeping services only

Additional requirements include:

Current TB test
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle if transporting clients
Ability to pass a national criminal background check and drug screening
Ability to meet applicable state and federal requirements for this safety-sensitive position
