About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Supervisor to join our team in Lamination Assembly. As a Senior Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce scrap. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be critical to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong aptitude for problem-solving
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Yellow Belt and TWI
Six Sigma certification
Experience with PLEX

Responsibilities:

Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce scrap
Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Maintain accurate records and prepare metrics reports for management
Provide leadership and guidance to team members
