Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department, providing exceptional service to our employees, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities

  1. Assist in managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings on our careers page, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  2. Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track job applications and manage the interview process.
  3. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS.
  5. Provide support with employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  6. Assist with payroll processing, ensuring that all employee information is accurate and up-to-date.
  7. Utilize our HR system, to manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  8. Conduct new hire orientations and provide onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  9. Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees and management to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  10. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  1. Fluent in Spanish, a plus
  2. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  3. 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a recruitment or employee relations capacity.
  4. Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and laws.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  7. Experience with HR systems and software such as ADP.
  8. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
