KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and manage assigned projects concurrently from order placement to shipment

• Ensure proper documentation for each assigned project is complete, accurate, and delivered to stakeholders, including drawings, manuals, and acceptance test plans

• Support technical sales in preparing quotes by providing cost estimates and technical evaluations needed to secure customer orders

• Negotiate price, delivery, and specifications with customers prior to and during project execution

• Collaborate cross functionally to assure assigned projects meet or exceed required technical, financial, and customer expectations

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology, instrumentation & control engineering, electronics engineering, or related field

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience • Exposure to technical projects that require the practical application of physics and engineering principles to solve application-specific problems, creating and translating mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, bills of material, and production routing sequences

• Experience working within cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget, successfully making decisions to solve problems that move projects forward, and interacting with colleagues at all levels of an organization

• Knowledge of design for manufacturing and quality principles, including previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, ISO procedures (or similar), and change management processes TOOLS

• Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, CoPilot, and SharePoint • Navision ERP

• SolidWorks and AutoCAD

• SolidWorks PDM

• SolidWorks Simulation

• All required tools for assembly and other hands-on work 

• This role combines standard office-based work with periodic time in a manufacturing or production setting in accordance with safety protocols

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

• Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
