Advantage Honda of Fox Lake is seeking a Head Cashier to lead front counter operations and support overall dealership efficiency.

This role will own the cashier function, including transaction accuracy, customer interaction, and assisting with hiring, training, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Process service and parts transactions accurately
• Manage and reconcile daily cash drawer
• Act as lead cashier ensuring processes are followed
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising cashier staff
• Support front office operations and administrative tasks
• Provide a positive final impression for customers
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements

• Previous cashier or dealership experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and organization
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and take ownership of the role
• Dependable and professional
• Basic computer skills
