Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems, lead management, and follow-up processes.
- Ability to prospect, generate referrals, and develop repeat business.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership software systems.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and scheduled dealership events.
- Honda sales experience preferred but not required.
