Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time in River Hills, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier hotel and resort location, you will provide a welcoming presence while monitoring access, assisting guests and visitors, and responding to security-related concerns. You will use strong communication and customer service skills to help deter incidents and support a positive guest experience. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, visitors, and staff at a hospitality front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate professionally with guests and hotel personnel.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Observe front desk and lobby activity, report unusual conditions or policy violations, and help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
