What you will be doing:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute change initiatives across business processes, systems and technologies.

  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations; facilitate train-the-trainer sessions.

  • Develop engaging training content and structured learning paths.

  • Deliver training and performance support across modalities.

  • Write and maintain SOPs, process flows, procedures and job aids; manage knowledge base.

  • Manage intake of change requests; communicate timelines and updates.

  • Track adoption metrics and prepare leadership readouts.

  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience creating multimedia training tools.

  • Experience developing SOPs and process flows.

  • Detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.

  • Adaptability and flexibility.

 

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience developing training content.

  • 2+ years supporting change initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Experience with OCM frameworks.

  • Experience using dashboards or analytics tools.

**The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.  In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
