What you will be doing:

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise HR technology initiatives supporting digital HR transformation

• Drive end-to-end delivery of HR systems initiatives including planning, governance, execution, and optimization

• Oversee configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of HR platforms such as Oracle HCM and UKG Pro

• Serve as a techno-functional expert, advising HR leadership on best practices and system capabilities

• Identify and implement opportunities to modernize and automate HR processes through technology and AI

• Lead solution design sessions to improve user experience and operational efficiency

• Establish governance frameworks and ensure delivery against scope, timeline, and budget

• Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions

• Evaluate emerging HR technologies and AI solutions to enhance capabilities and performance

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

• 8+ years of experience in HR systems, HR technology, or equivalent work experience

• 3+ years of people leadership experience

• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale HR technology implementations or transformations

• Proven ability to lead programs with on-time, on-budget delivery

• Experience implementing process improvements and system enhancements

• Experience applying AI or automation to business processes

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large, complex, multi-entity organizations

• Experience leading enterprise HR digital transformation initiatives

• Advanced expertise in Oracle HCM and/or UKG Pro

• Experience implementing AI-driven HR solutions at scale

• Experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional programs

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
