What You Bring to the Table:

· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, track deliverables, balance priorities, and follow established procedures.

· Sound judgment with the ability to recognize when escalation is needed and address non-routine issues appropriately.

· Customer-service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively and provide timely, accurate support to internal partners and stakeholders.

· Curiosity and willingness to learn compensation systems, reports, processes, and operational procedures.

· Ability to improve repeatable workflows and translate data findings into clear summaries, follow-up items, or recommended next steps.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.

· 1+ years of related experience in compensation, HR, finance, accounting, data analytics, HR operations, payroll, or a related field.
