Star Building Services, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Janitorial Technician to join our team at the Fruttie Pass Building in Framingham, MA.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily janitorial and custodial duties.
- Clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and empty trash.
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
