About the Role:Â
We’re looking for a People Operations Admin to support the day-to-day employee experience across the full lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing core HR responsibilities with opportunities to support recruiting efforts as needed.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly, employees feel supported, and our growing organization stays compliant and people-first.
Duties & Responsibilities:
People Operations & HR Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and general HR inquiries
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
Assist with performance management cycles, employee relations matters, and engagement initiatives
Partner with leadership to support employee development and retention efforts
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
Help implement and improve HR programs, policies, and processes
Employee Experience & Culture
Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and communication
Assist in administering employee surveys and action planning
Help coordinate company events, trainings, and internal programs
Recruiting SupportÂ
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs
Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
Help manage applicant tracking system (ATS) updates and candidate pipelines
Support a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Education & Experience Requirements:Â
2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field
Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals (employee relations, compliance, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding)
Experience supporting recruiting processes or working closely with talent acquisition teams
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Greenhouse and ADP)
Exposure to multi-state employment practices
