Our Growth Marketing team drives performance through data-driven paid search strategies that fuel acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels.

What you will be doing:

As a Project Manager, Paid Search, you will execute and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics, and Pricing to align campaigns with business priorities and deliver measurable performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns including campaign structure, bid strategy, and budget pacing

- Monitor and improve performance across KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS

- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities

- Execute QA processes to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance

- Develop reporting and provide performance insights and recommendations

- Support testing initiatives across ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies

- Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with promotions and product priorities

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related work experience 

- 2+ years of experience in an analytics-heavy role (marketing, analytics, finance, or economics)

- Experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising

- Experience optimizing campaigns against KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS

- Experience with keyword research, bid management, and campaign structuring

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience using tools such as Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI

Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising Certification

- Experience with product feed management and shopping campaigns

- Familiarity with bid automation tools or scripts

- Experience in retail, eCommerce, or high-volume environments

- Experience collaborating in a matrixed organization

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
