Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assuring that all project and Company safety requirements are met.Â
- Conducting weekly safety meetings and daily JSA meetings.Â
- Conducting site safety orientation for employees working on a project site.Â
- Monitoring and completing equipment inspections reports and taking corrective action as needed.Â
- Reporting all incidents, near misses and good catches on job sites in an accurate and timely manner.Â
- Coordinating all safety concerns with site safety representatives of our clients, general contractors & subcontractors.Â
- Acting as a strong Safety leader at all times.Â
- Conducting and participating in safety audits.Â
- Attending all scheduling and coordination project meetings.Â
- Coordinating all equipment and material deliveries to the job site.Â
- Supervising and managing all daily work assignments of job site crews.Â
- Working effectively with Menard Field Engineers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers.Â
- Reporting all site activities and timecards on internal software platform (TIPS) daily.Â
- Coordinating travel of field personnel, lodging and approving crew expense reports.Â
- Quality control with respect to installation reports and specific design requirements.Â

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Â
- Ability to work well under pressure.Â
- Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people in different roles.Â
- Extremely detail oriented.Â
- Ability to read, understand and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.Â
- Thorough understanding of legal requirements relating to construction and building sites.Â
- Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them.Â

Education and Experience Requirements:
Vocational school training, apprenticeship or other formal education preferred. Minimum of 5 years of geotechnical experience preferred and experience operating specialty equipment a plus.Â

Physical RequirementsÂ
- Must be able to assess and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.Â
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.Â
- Ability to s5tand for long periods of time on rough terrain.Â
