Senior Product Manager

This is an onsite opportunity in Framingham, MA.
About this Position
We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead product delivery across the full lifecycle, from intake to launch. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business and customer needs into a clear product vision, prioritized roadmap, and measurable outcomes. This is a highly collaborative, impact-driven role within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Own and prioritize the product feature backlog based on business value and delivery readiness
• Drive product vision, roadmap, and strategic themes across the product lifecycle
• Review and manage incoming work requests, prioritizing critical and time-sensitive items
• Track feature progress, performance metrics, and program risks
• Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment from portfolio to execution
Job Skills/Requirements
• Experience managing product delivery processes rather than people
• Strong ability to define, prioritize, and govern product features and outcomes
• Experience working with enterprise product management or workflow platforms
• Strong communication skills across technical and business teams
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay Range
• Pay Range: $60-70/hr (depending on experience)
