Physical Therapist (PT) – Senior Living

This position requires an active State Physical Therapist license. Applicants without a PT license will not be considered.

Position Details: 

HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at a continuing care retirement community in Frankfort, Indiana. In this role, you’ll work with residents across multiple levels of care, helping them regain strength, improve mobility and restore independence.  You'll be supported by a collaborative therapy team and leadership that values teamwork and and quality outcomes.  Located near downtown Frankfort, this senior living community provides a full continuum of care and a resident-centered culture. 

• 96-bed health care center
• Care across multiple settings: healthcare, memory care, assisted and independent living. 
• Well-equipped therapy gym + separate fitness center and pool.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
