This role is ideal for a nurturing, dependable educator who enjoys leading classroom activities, building strong relationships with families, and supporting children during important stages of development.
Responsibilities
- Â Lead classroom activities and daily routines for preschool-aged childrenÂ
- Â Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environmentÂ
-  Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a fun and age-appropriate wayÂ
-  Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive developmentÂ
- Â Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroomÂ
- Strong classroom managementÂ
- Â Communicate with families regarding daily activities and developmental progress Â
- Â Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety requirementsÂ
Qualifications
- Â High School Diploma or GED requiredÂ
- 2+ years experience with preschool aged children
- Â CDA, ECE coursework, or Early Childhood Education degree preferredÂ
- Â Passion for working with young childrenÂ
- Â Strong communication and classroom management skillsÂ
- Â Must meet all New Jersey state licensing requirements for childcare staffÂ
