Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 300-350 customers, focusing on collections through email and phone communication, applying credit memos and payments. Experience in credit analysis is a plus, as you may provide backup support for the Credit Team using tools such as D&B.

Responsibilities

• Handle all collection efforts for trade receivables, including communication with customers and field operations.
• Serve as a liaison to resolve receivable matters and disputes.
• Support field offices with customer account-related activities.
• Recommend payment plans for customers as needed.
• Respond promptly to statement inquiries and other questions on the master phone line.
• Maintain strong working relationships with other departments and team members through excellent customer service.
• Perform consolidated account summaries by gathering and consolidating data from multiple locations.
• Participate in special projects such as audit support, month-end tasks, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of business experience, preferably in collections.
• College degree in Finance or Accounting.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Oracle and Highradius is a plus.
• NACM certification is advantageous.
• Experience with Excel formulas, pivots, and vlookups.
• Background in Oracle or other large ERP systems such as SAP.

This is a Contract position based out of Schiller Park, IL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
