We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Plumber to join our field team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, performing high-quality installations and repairs, and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. 

What You Will Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems and equipment
• Perform plumbing inspections and troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, sewer lines, and other residential plumbing systems
• Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly with homeowners
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in customers’ homes Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
• Follow all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with dispatch and management to ensure a smooth customer experience 

What You Will bring:  

• Active State of Illinois Plumbing License required

• 4+ residential service plumbing experience preferred

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as needed

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Experience using tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
