The salary range for this position is $40.00-$45.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions
Program, edit, and optimize CNC machine programs as needed
Select appropriate tooling, cutting speeds, feeds and machining methods
Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, ID bore gauges and CMM equipment
Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance
Collaborate with quality and production teams to improve manufacturing processes
Collaborate with CNC Production Supervisor and Management to train and mentor CNC operators
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual lathes, mills, and all other machine tools when necessary

Qualifications

Strong leadership skills
7-10+ years of machining experience
Extensive knowledge of CNC and manual machining operations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
CAD/CAM software experience (Mastercam or similar)
G-Code programming and CNC controls (Fanuc, Doosan, Mazak, etc.)
