Essential Functions
- Be multi-functionally skilled; should be able to perform any job assignment in the respective work area,
- Ability to run all operations efficiently and perform all checks as called for in the Work Instruction Manual,
- Flexibility to work overtime or off shifts as necessary to meet schedule requirements,
- Good understand of the Toyota Production System, and
- Ability to be active in kaizen activities.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures on quality equipment.
- Inspect work and equipment as called for in the Work Instruction Manual,
- Report any equipment abnormalities or data out of tolerance to Group Leader/Supervisor
- Maintain a clean working area and organize data documents
