Assistant Store Manager

We need a motivated and experienced Store Manager to help lead our fast-paced, high-energy store in Franklin. As a Store Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and high performance.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.

• Customer Service: Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of our bagels, spreads, and beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

• Administrative Tasks: Support the General Manager with scheduling, payroll, and reporting. Help monitor and manage labor and food costs to meet budget goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant, food service, or retail industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A passion for great food and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
