Essential Functions
Â
- Order necessary materials and supplies for electrical installations and repairs.
- Install and maintain electrical feeds for 120V, 240V, 208V, and 480V equipment.
- Install and repair lighting, outlets, electrical panels, machines, and motors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, including power failures, faulty wiring, and equipment malfunctions.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Work with other maintenance team members to support facility operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and installations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Special projects as required

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with Operations, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members.
- Ability to work safety with a variety of cleaning supplies.

Minimum Qualifications
Â
- Journeyman Electrician License (preferred but not required, depending on experience and location).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a facility maintenance or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and control circuits.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E and OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
