This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with financial data, solving problems, and contributing to the overall financial health of a dynamic healthcare organization. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. You'll work closely with Accounting and Finance leadership to ensure the integrity of financial information while supporting strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required. • 1 year of accounting preferred  • Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.   Location: • Full-Time M-F 8-430 | Exempt Position • Franklin, TN
