As a Bartender, you’re at the center of the action—serving up great drinks, great food, and great vibes every shift. What You’ll Do As a Bartender, you’ll create a lively, welcoming atmosphere while delivering top-notch service behind the bar. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs and Standard Operating Procedures Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from Guests The duties of this position may change from time to time.
