Job DetailsJob Location: FNC - BEASLEY FLOORING PRODUCTS INC - Franklin, NC 28734Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $21.72 HourlyJob Shift: DayDescription: This role works closely with the HR Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions and support our employees' needs. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, and facilitating employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you will help foster a positive work environment and ensure that all HR policies and procedures are adhered to. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow their career in human resources   Responsibilities  Serve as the first point of contact for employees, vendors, visitors, and guests.   Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.  Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and facilitating orientation sessions.  Professionally respond to all incoming phone calls and emails.    Manage office supplies  Other duties as assigned     Physical/Safety Requirements  High school diploma or equivalent;   Bilingual REQUIRED - Spanish  Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting   Ability to sit for up to 8 hours a day    Training Requirements.  Orientation Training  Paycom Training
