Inside Side Rep – Franklin, NH

Momentum Manufacturing Group – Engineered Extrusions (MMG Extrusions). located in NH's beautiful lakes region, is seeking a Inside Sales Rep to support customers throughout the aluminum extrusion process—from quote to delivery.  

Key Responsibilities:
 • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and updates
 • Enter and maintain orders in EPICS and review drawings/specs
 • Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, production, and quality teams
 • Track job progress, communicate lead times, and manage changes or expedites
• Assist with customer issues, complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions 

Qualifications:
 • Strong communication and customer service skills
 • Experience with EPICS or similar MRP systems
 • Ability to read technical drawings and understand extrusion processes
 • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
 • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
