Position Summary

Document Imaging Tech

• Operates scanning equipment, such as high-speed scanners or multifunction devices, to convert physical documents into digital images.
• Organizes and sorts documents according to specific criteria to ensure they are properly prepared for scanning.
• Performs data entry tasks to capture, scan, and transmit relevant information from the scanned documents into the company database
• Maintains file structures, naming conventions, and access controls to facilitate efficient retrieval and storage of documents.
• Assists in the archiving or disposal of physical documents once they have been scanned and converted to digital formats.
• Log, notify and deliver incoming packages from UPS, FedEx and USPS into internal tracking system
• Performs research for missing or insufficient information
• Assists in maintaining production and department records
• Special projects including sending packages, processing mail and returned mail

Required Qualifications

• 1 year experience data entry
• 5 days a week onsite
• Knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• General computer knowledge 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (case of copy paper)
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology
• Experience working in healthcare industry

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
