This individual will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of drainage systems, ensuring efficient and effective water flow in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in every job.

Location & Commitments 

• Location: Franklin, Indiana 

• Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt 

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, with flexibility for night shifts or weekends as needed; 40+ hrs

Responsibilities 

• Reports to: Plumbing Service Manager  

• Diagnose and repair drain issues including clogs, leaks, and blockages 

• Install and maintain drainage systems, including piping, traps, and vents 

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of drainage systems to prevent issues 

• Use specialized equipment such as drain snakes, hydro-jetters, and camera inspection tools 

• Follow site safety protocols and regulations 

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions 

• Prepare and maintain records of work performed and materials used 

• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently 

What We Are Looking For  

• High School Diploma/GED is required 

• Must pass a background check and drug screening  

• Must be able to lift up to (weight)  

• High level of customer service 

• Go-getter mentality and ambitious 

• High attention to detail and good organization skills 

• Good computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office 

• Positive attitude and winner mentality 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
