We are seeking a skilled, safety-focused Industrial Electrician to support the maintenance and operation of electrical systems in our manufacturing facility. This role supports production operations by ensuring electrical components, machinery, and control systems function safely, reliably, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. The position works both independently and collaboratively to minimize downtime, maintain equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. QualificationsKey Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components, including motors, control panels, PLCs, and wiring. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices (e.g., multimeters, megohmmeters). Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Respond to emergency breakdowns and support shift operations as needed.  Qualifications Must hold a current Massachusetts Electrical License. High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
