Global Operations Supplier Process Engineer Co-Op Opportunities –Franklin, MA

Our Global Supplier Quality Engineering team is seeking Engineering Co-ops for our 2026 co-op program. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

This role supports Dell’s Global Supplier Quality Engineering team by developing data analytics tools and Power BI dashboards to improve hardware quality. Interns will gain hands-on experience with SQL, data visualization, and business intelligence, while learning how to analyze supplier data, identify data quality issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive improvements. It’s a great opportunity to apply technical skills in a real-world setting and contribute to impactful quality initiatives. 

Requirements

  • Students currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and/or Data Science program
  • Strong proficiency in electrical engineering principles and software knowledge.
  • Desirable Proficiency in data analysis and report writing tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Server technology is a plus

 Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly pay range for this position is $21.80 – $37.42 per hour.
