STV is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in our Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA office. This is an early‑career opportunity ideal for someone looking to grow within project controls, with exposure to scheduling, coordination, and document control functions.Â

This is not a pure scheduling role. The position will support scheduling efforts while also taking on document control and project administration responsibilities, requiring strong organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with project teams.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Scheduling SupportÂ
Assist with the development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules under the guidance of senior project controls or scheduling staffÂ
Support schedule updates, progress tracking, and basic schedule reportingÂ
Assist with schedule deliverables using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling toolsÂ
Participate in internal and external project meetings as needed, providing schedule-related supportÂ
Document Control & Project Controls SupportÂ
Support day-to-day document control activities, including logging, tracking, filing, and distributing project documentsÂ
Maintain organized electronic filing systems in accordance with project and company standardsÂ
Assist with tracking correspondence, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, schedules, and other project recordsÂ
Support project controls reporting and administrative tasks as neededÂ
Communication & CoordinationÂ
Interface professionally with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and other project stakeholdersÂ
Prepare basic written communications, logs, and reports with attention to detail and clarityÂ
Support coordination across disciplines to ensure project information is complete and currentÂ

Required QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Â
Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Some exposure to project scheduling concepts and tools (Primavera P6 familiarity preferred but not required)Â
Willingness to perform document control and administrative project support dutiesÂ
Strong organizational skills with attention to detailÂ
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Â

Preferred QualificationsÂ
Internship or entry-level experience in project controls, scheduling, construction management, or engineering supportÂ
Basic understanding of CPM scheduling conceptsÂ
Experience or interest in document control or project administration in an AEC or construction environmentÂ

Compensation Range:
