Scope of PositionĀ 

The Materials AdministrativeĀ AssistantĀ provides clerical and administrative support to the Materials Department. This roleĀ is responsible forĀ maintainingĀ accurateĀ data,Ā assistingĀ with inventory and materials tracking processes, and supporting daily operationsĀ through the use ofĀ SAP and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems and data in a fast-paced environment.Ā Ā 

This position reports toĀ theĀ MaterialsĀ Supervisor, isĀ onsite and is based inĀ Franklin, NH.Ā 

Primary Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Materials teamĀ 

  • Enter, update, andĀ maintainĀ data within SAP accurately andĀ timelyĀ 

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on materials and inventory dataĀ 

  • AssistĀ with purchase orders, inventory records, and materials documentationĀ 

  • Support internal communication by coordinating information between departmentsĀ 

  • Maintain organized digital and physical recordsĀ 

  • AssistĀ with reporting, audits, and process documentation as neededĀ 

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entryĀ 

  • Comply withĀ all safety and company policies and procedures.Ā Ā

RequiredĀ QualificationsĀ 

  • 1+ yearsĀ of administrative, clerical, or supportĀ experience in a manufacturing or distribution environmentĀ 

  • Experience working with SAP (or similar ERP systems) preferredĀ 

  • ProficiencyĀ in Microsoft Excel (including data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet management)Ā 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracyĀ 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skillsĀ 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyĀ 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsĀ 

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.Ā Ā 

  • Understanding ofĀ and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.Ā 

  • Must successfullyĀ establishĀ employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete backgroundĀ checks andĀ requiredĀ pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.Ā

While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You willĀ be requiredĀ to work at the Company’s location inĀ Franklin, NH.Ā Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.Ā

Physical Requirements:Ā Specific physical abilitiesĀ requiredĀ for this position include, but are not limited to:Ā 

  • Ability to stand forĀ long periodsĀ of time.Ā 

  • Ability to lift and carry up toĀ 25Ā pounds.Ā

  • Ability to physically move aroundĀ manufacturingĀ floor.Ā 

  • Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.Ā 

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.Ā
