Our commitment is to provide you with a real life, meaningful experience where you will manage projects from start to finish.    Key Responsibilities:  Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical, mechanical, and process related equipment issues.  Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and support equipment.  Install, repair, modify, and maintain electrical systems, control systems, motors, PLCs, and mechanical components.  Assist in or lead the construction, installation, and startup of new or modified equipment.  Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.  Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.  Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation in accordance with company requirements.  Collaborate with maintenance and production personnel on major repairs, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.  Perform fabrication, part replacement, and mechanical adjustments as required.  Conduct equipment safety inspections and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and company policies.  Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.  Move materials, parts, and equipment as necessary to support maintenance activities.  Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.  Other Responsibilities:    1. Perform additional responsibilities as needed.  QualificationsQualifications:  Associates degree in applied science or other technical degree preferred, or 3 + years in Industrial Maintenance  High School Diploma or GED  Previous manufacturing experience preferred  Must have excellent attendance  Maintain a safe work environment  Must be able to work overtime as required  Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.  Ability to read and write.
