•Responsible for implementing occupational therapy plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.

Education
•Associate’s degree-Occupational Therapy Assistant

Licenses and Certification
•Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3545)
•BLS

Experience and Skills
•Technical Experience: N/A

Role Specific Responsibilities
•Implements Plan of Care
•Measures and communicates progress towards goals
•Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
•Provides supervision to rehab techs and students

Inpatient
•Provide weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines
