We are looking for an energetic, full-time Program Manager to help manage our residential programs. The position is 40 hours per week, exempt, and may include evening and weekend work on occasion. The rate of pay is $22.00 and comes with a full benefit package valued at over 6k. JOB SUMMARY The ODP Programs Manager, Franklin is responsible for overseeing and helping to provide a safe, secure and supportive living environment/meaningful community engagement, for the individuals for whom we provide care. The manager is part of the team who assists individuals in learning to live and function as independently as possible at home and within their community, as well as assisting the residential program house managers with the coordination of the residential programs. The ODP Programs Manager provides direct supervision to the Residential House Managers and Direct Support Professionals. The ODP Program Manager, Franklin reports to the Director, ODP Programs. QUALIFICATIONS, PROGRAM MANAGER: Master’s Degree and one year work experience working directly with persons with intellectual delays; OR Bachelor’s Degree and two years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual delays. OR Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual delays. Current valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and acceptable driving record obtained through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation required. Acceptable Criminal Record Check required Passing of physical examination and TB required. NOTE: The degrees are not required to be in any specific field or academic discipline. Volunteer work experience and intern work experience do count as work experience. Compliance with these requirements must be verified by reviewing actual college degrees and transcripts. Per Regulations, a copy of the degree or college transcripts must be provided and retained in the personnel file. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES PROGAM MANAGER include: Supervise and manage (provide direction, training, support, guidance, discipline, and annual appraisals) Residential Program Nurse, Residential Program House Managers, and Direct Support Professionals. Meet weekly with residential program house managers, director, behavior specialist and nurse. Respond effectively and professionally to complaints, inquiries and requests for information. Organize and direct the implementation of program plans and activities of the individuals receiving ODP services BENEFITS The Program Manager position is exempt with the work hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., working a 40 hour week.
