Preschool Teacher – Build Kindergarten Readiness
The Learning Experience – Franklin is hiring an experienced Preschool Teacher to create engaging learning experiences that help children develop confidence, curiosity, and the skills needed for kindergarten success.
What You'll Do
- Lead a preschool classroom using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Promote early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development
- Create a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Observe and document developmental progress
- Partner with families through regular communication
- Collaborate with teachers and center leadership
- Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- Previous preschool teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
