Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a prioritized Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap aligned with plant and business objectives. Maintain accurate process control documents by ensuring all documents are current, concise, and agree with BOM’s. Establish, monitor, and improve critical process parameters using SPC, control plans, and data analytics. Own assigned manufacturing processes, ensuring stable, capable, and repeatable performance. Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC projects delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, and throughput. Control all other process-related documents and ensure they are current. Partner with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations during trials and launches. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations, scrap, downtime, and quality issues. Champion process safety and risk reduction through PFMEA, job hazard analysis, and standard work. Other Responsibilities:  1.    Perform additional responsibilities as needed.   QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science in an Engineering or related discipline preferred 3+ years in Engineering in a related industry Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated CI project leadership. Working knowledge of SPC and Lean Manufacturing. AutoCAD skills a plus Experience with automation, controls, or data analytical tools. Effective communication skills with the ability to influence across functional teams. Six Sigma training preferred
