Job Description

The Evergreen Center is seeking a Residential Counselor responsible for implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans. 

Responsibilities: 

• Case management of one individual
• Collecting and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas
•  Supervising instructional activities in the residence and community settings
•  Monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.
• Transporting Individuals: Safely transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community. Ensure their comfort and well-being during transit, maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere.

Available Schedules:

Wed-Fri 3-11; Sat 9a-11p (38 hours)

Wed-Sun 3-11 (32 hours)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• MAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employment
