We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide care to adult and geriatric patients.
The position requires a valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and credentials, along with SNF and/or acute care experience.
Responsibilities include preparing documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries, as well as establishing a plan of care.
A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered for this role.

We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients
Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities
Travel to nearby centers as needed

Qualifications:

Valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and Credentials
SNF and/or Acute care experience
