The Payroll Specialist position is a hybrid role located in Franklin, TN, responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for facility employees within a multi-state payroll shared services team.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-site environment, and an understanding of payroll practices and applicable laws.
The role includes analyzing payroll data, producing accurate payroll, and providing customer support for payroll-related inquiries, while assisting in training new facilities on payroll processes.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within Acadia Healthcare's network.
An associate's degree is preferred, and proficiency in payroll systems like UltiPro, as well as advanced computer skills, are essential for success in this position.
