We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor to provide strategic leadership across platform engineering, release governance, and responsible AI enablement. In this role, you will influence enterprise-wide direction, elevate delivery excellence, and help teams innovate with confidence and accountability.
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor, shaping enterprise platform engineering and release governance direction to improve scalability, reliability, and speed of delivery.
Drive adoption of standardized release frameworks, enabling consistent processes, risk mitigation, and measurable improvements in delivery performance.
Champion responsible AI enablement by guiding the integration of AI into release analytics, CI/CD security, and production support.
Influence enterprise stakeholders by delivering insights, metrics, and recommendations that align business and technology priorities.
Guide CMDB and service management strategies to improve data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.
Promote Agile and DevOps best practices, helping teams continuously improve outcomes through innovation and measurable KPIs.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in platform engineering, release management, or enterprise advisory roles.
Deep expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, ITSM/CMDB, and governance frameworks.
Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in software delivery and operations.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with responsible AI frameworks and governance practices.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience working with AI Centers of Excellence or similar organizations.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
